 He has over 25 years experience leading and implementing worldwide training programs. During his career, he designed FileNet’s global certification program, created the original Cisco’s Learning Partner Program, and was a key member of the nine member team that created the Certified Cisco Internetworking Expert (CCIE) program. He managed training partnerships,​ instructor training and certification at Novell. He is actively involved in a number of academic advisory boards, and participates actively to close the industry/​academia gap. Nicholas is a veteran and US Navy Captain (Ret.) with over 27 years experience in various capacities leading and guiding the world’s largest training organization,​ the US Navy. He has over 25 years experience leading and implementing worldwide training programs.
